In all the times I've had this message, it hasn't been due to haraSSSSment. My only haraSSSSment at MSP (or elsewhere) has been due to last minute rebookings. It tends to be the first thing mentioned in response to "I can't do OLCI" posts, but it's almost never the actual explanation.

(Never mind, he's not at MSP. But he is haraSSSSed, he should keep a careful eye on his stuff.)

Also, haraSSSSment selection should not affect his addition to the waitlist.
