If the airline you love "too much" is United then yes, I am afraid it is not ok. I have allready flown over 22,000 miles with UA this year and I'm going to end up flying over 100,000 with them this year and frankly, I am so far from not impressed you'd think I was on Southwest. So far this year I have witnessed bad customer service by Gate Agents, Flight Attendants and Customer Service Agents. The meal quality and availibility makes American look like a reputable Asian carrier, the planes are often worn (and I haven't even touched a 762 yet), the gate areas in some airports (LAX, PHX) are abysmal and the Red Carpet Clubs are shameful. I really do not see any reason to be happy with this airline, but maybe something in the next 78K miles will change my mind.

Then why fly another 1k, let alone 78k?

To the OP, it probably is wrong...but if loving UA is wrong, you don't want to be right!
