So this morning, I called my fiance 3 times, confirming she is not going anywhere for April, got a resounding yes and went to ORD to pay for my ticket to PVG, V fare $801.50, minus a 15% coupon with confirmed NC seats April 7-13

Just this past hour, she tells me that she might go to SIN in April (groans) So I lose the 15% coupon, not a biggie and found seats ORD-SIN April 22-28 with NC seats available. Price is $899.98 V fare.

Called Res 4 times, 1 agent say no change fee, 3 agents say $150 change fee but one of them CALLED me back, left a msg and told me she made a mistake and there is no change fee. Which is right?

I know I can still cancel my ORD-PVG ticket since it is within 24 hours of ticketing and get a full refund but I will only know whether she is going to SIN next Monday and I do not want to lose my NC seats since SFO-PVG are one of the hardest in the system to get NC seats.
