I haven't tried getting to the CX lounge as T2 is still very much works in progress, and the routes seem to change every time I am there. (Couple of times a month!).
I've only been through FRA three times this year - January, March and August - and each time it was walkable from the CX lounge to the BA lounge (albeit quite a trek through the building works etc). The CX lounge was closed the second time (the early afternoon if I remember correctly) but the other times, it was fine. Try it next time!
