Great Stay with family

Had to report on our fantastic stay mid-October. Booked a suite for myself, husband and two year old. Booked another basic room for the grandparents/babysitters. The suite was worth every extra point. Butler service was heaven. Our Butler Christoph was gracious and unpretentious. He brought extra cookies for our son. You also get french pressed coffee and biscotti delivered every morning, with hot chocolate for our son. I saw that some people complained about the $5 coffee at the coffee shop. Well, it's the best coffee you can buy and to enjoy it with a million dollar view of the pacific ocean- worth every penny and a generous tip.

This was our fourth stay here and we keep coming back. As for those who complain about the walk to and from the beach, well, our two year old had no problem with it. The tram comes often and it's just a two minute ride. The beach club is fantastic. Yes, it's expensive, but you are at a private club on a pristine section of Laguna Beach. The bartender there is a gem.

Definately try the italian place at the adjacent mall for dinner, the valets can zip you over in the house car. There is also a starbucks and high end grocer there that can pack you up a picnic lunch with giant sandwiches.

We love this property- if you are going to vacation do it right. We only get a away a few times a year so I don't mind paying for the perks. And, you don't have to bring any beach toys for the kids, there are buckets of them at the pool and at the beach. Enjoy!
