I use the 08.10 EDI-LCY and it rarely musters more than 50 passengers. Lowest has been 29 (I know, because I usually sit in 1D and hear the dispatcher/purser chat). It was cancelled a couple of weeks ago, probably due to lack of support.

Conversely, the 16.20 the other way around has them hanging from the stowage bins. Not a flight to get on late with a laptop and wheelie case...
