My favorite Hilton upgrade of all time came on a reward stay at the Hilton Anchorage - one of the large corner rooms on the upper floor with window boxes to sit and view the mountains OR look over the bay.

Last year, I had to pay for three colleagues to go to a conference with me (odd reimbursement process by a federal entity and I got to keep all the credit card points / Hilton points for two rooms). The Hilton Knoxville - not to be underestimated - put all four of us on the executive level during a convention due to my HHonors standing.
