It sure isn't all ATC though. Yesterday when arriving in O'Hare and taxiing, I saw 5 UAX in the penalty box, heard 2 being sent to the 9L pad because the box was full, 1 or 2 in 32R pad, and 2 or 3 lined up on M, so at least 10 UAX planes on the ground but waiting for gates. My condolences to any of you that were stuck in that.
