You've probably hit that one right on... I certainly can't think of a worse airport system anywhere in Asia that I've been. Really I can't think of one even half as bad as MNL.
Aerotrain, too funny... those things take money. Look how many years it took to fix what should have been a simple problem in T3. There will have to be a full reform from the top down in the government before such things as Aerotrains can be paid for. Heaven forbid actually extending the LRT beyond Baclaraan to meet the airport so taxis weren't the only option out of there, its not very far away now.
