My friends arrived at the SFO domestic RCC, kicking off SFO-IAD-CDG, looking forward to starting off their honeymoon with a mimosa or a bloody mary, only to find the bar closed. They got funny looks when they asked if the bar would be staffed.

On the one hand, 7AM may seem like a bit early to start drinking. On the other hand, "It's always noon somewhere," is never more applicable than to an international traveler. What gives?! What time do RCC bars open?!
