A BP does not alway verify CURRENT status.

Any current 1P/1K booking a June 2004 flight now will have BP issued as "Star Gold".

Even if they have not flown a single mile this year.

UA Syd RCC does have working computers BTW. OK, OK, they are Vietnam War vintage, but they are there and I use them every time as do not have a lap top. Air NZ lounge is nicer, also with working computers.
