I couldn't agree more. DMIA is already open for HK Air and Pampanga is booming. The country's President hails from Pampanga and one of her legacy is to put the province as a center (with recent new tollways, rail road projects, etc).

I would suspect CX/KA will move some flights to DMIA soon once there are more markets.
