One interesting thing from the T&C
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"> Travel on the First Class ticket is not valid on Ted or United Express.</font>
That means if I get the F award, I can not get a F ticket that connects with UX or TED. Yet if I get a Y award I can. I know there are a few UX F seats, but Ted? Who writes these things? -- the same person who wrote the Early Bird promo T&C.
