I used 2 CR1s to try and upgrade SFO-IAD and back for flights that are at the end of April. The CR1s got removed from my account but the upgrade was waitlisted for both flights.

Now the SFO-IAD waitlist has disappeared from My Itineraries. The CR1 has not been refunded to my account and the Upgrade page says "Upgrade is not available due to flight status".

It's an A319 so a slim chance of an upgrade anyway but a dummy booking shows F is empty.

What gives?
