The absolute cheapest way would be to take the A train to Lefferts Boulevard, not Rockaway. At Lefferts Boulevard, go downstairs, ignore the offers of gypsy cabs to JFK, and take the Q10 which goes to the Main International Terminal 4. Total price $2.00
