OK. So what I don't understand is that CO.com says that they offer the lowest fares. If you found this fare on Orbitz, why did CO not offer the same fare and let you book it with them? At some time, I thought CO even offered money back if you could find a lower fare outside of its website. Am I confused about this or just hopelessly out of date?
