The answer is NO. There is no way to combine different airline loyalty programs, let alone the Capital One program which is a completely different type of program.

As a reminder, Buy/Sell miles or points, while not against the law, is against the rules of almost all programs, and you run the risk of having your accounts closed, all miles forfeited.
