The only problem I have run into at times, is trying to change flights on CO.com. Sometimes I am able and others I am not and have to go through Orbitz.

I believe you will only get 50% eqm's on lower qualifying fares (T, X, L, etc).

I had a ticket booked on Orbitz and when I called CO to change it they told me they had to charge me a fee to take over the reservation .
