Had to cancel a business class ticket within 21 days to winterpeg a few months ago. Need now to go to Calgary in Feb. Will aeroplan let me change my 25,000 business point award from yyz - ywg to a 25,000 economy award yyz-yyc?

Of course I could call them, but then I'd be on hold, because I'm always on hold everywhere I call.
