Ok, I will chime in. I am not that familiar with Marriott roperties but in most of the lounges I have been in, Hilton and Starwood for example it is common for lounges to have a policy to consume items in the lounge only.

Is it pretty common for Marriotts to allow to go boxes or is it a case by case basis?
