No comment on TSA; but I think the GA's frequently have a mess of BP's on the desk and sometimes hand the wrong one to the pax.

A few weeks ago, I got somebody else's BP on a BOG-IAH flight. We both had "gringo" names and were in F. I noticed the other guy's name before I tried to go through immigration, though... The GA blushed and gave me the right one.
