You could do the sleeve and a cube inside of a small daypack. It's compact, and everything is there. It's just that the cube and the sleeve are not one piece.

Case Logic also has something called the Laptop Attache. They have one for the 7-10" netbooks. It might be what you are looking for. Again, check eBags for price - this morning, it was listed at $21.59.
