Unless I'm missing something, travelling from YYZ to FLL on Nov 21, there seems to be plenty of seats via CLE or EWR on the early AM flights!? Why couldn't they offer you something else?

Also, when you say you had a "direct" flight from Toronto to Ft Laud - - without changing planes - - again, unless I'm not understanding you correctly, I don't think CO ever had such a route. Perhaps it was a THRU flight with the same flight number on both legs - for example from YYZ to CLE and then the same flight number from CLE to FLL - - and sometimes they can APPEAR to be a non-stop flight. It can be a liittle bit tricky.
