I believe this is standard for all truly, proper, fully flexible bookings - the ones which can be endorsed over to other carriers. Some arcane condition about endorsing to a carrier who doesn't "talk" to BA then cancelling and getting a refund from BA, or something. I have distant memories of past threads about it. I believe the conditions will be fine, fully flex, etc. but you'll have to call BA to do it.
