Can you see what fare it booked you? (Mouse over the flight number and it should say).

If you are concerned, it would be best to call BA to double check what was booked?

Silly question: Was it the miles you are after or the TP's. If it is the TP's, the cheap WT+ would be much better (and cheaper too). Plus you could MFU.
