Hi,

Quick question for an expert on ba.com bookings. I just booked 2 seats in economy for sept next year to SFO selecting 'fully flexible' as my ticket options, the confirmation screen said 'no cancellation fee' but when i go into MMB, the options to change or upgrade etc are all disabled.

Is this usual? Is there some delay to this option becoming available?
(i've pm'd the ba helper but dont know how often they log in)

And i did do a search for this info beforehand so please be gentle with the cattle prod
