Preferrably call SK or your TA and change flights in the reservation, then do CI or OLCI as you would normally do. Second best option is to do it yourself using OLCI, should work with the connection at ARN. But havn´t tried exactly your combo of flights myself. Remember that switching flights in the CI system only but not updating your reservation might lead to a bump situation in case of irregularities (cancellations, change of aircraft).
Do I understand you correctly when assuming you are aiming at a very short illegal connection at ARN? In that case make sure you are checked in for the later, legal, connecting flight and then head straight to the gate and they will accept you if there is space. You will be entitled to c-class points even if in Economy due to space or one-cabin operation.
