But what does that mean for spouses who are #1 gold. According to Hertz you dont have to be put on, will the CC still cover? If not, will you be charged if you ask hertz to add your spouse on?

Great question-AAA also offers spouse for free without listing.Since I am 5* and usually book AAA rates,I'd appreciate knowing the answer also.
