While looking for seats for exact dates going from ord to pbi late March the ticket price for the direct is over $1000.00! We just returned home using the same routing, same days of the week and paid $220. I expect to pay more as it is high season but come on! I reserved 2 seats using the standard awards for coach seats. Am I crazy to burn miles? We have together about 300,000 miles but when we travel we like to fly in business so we use miles. Hate to spend $400+ for connecting flights at odd hours.
