I have 4 UA 30,000 direct mail offers in my desk and would be happy to churn them but they all say there is only one first time bonus and I have already done it once.

They don't apply those rules. Chase & AMEX, however do. Chase used to allow churning but stopped in late 06. They are all aware of churning but let it happen.
