Have you talked to the manager of the hotel you are staying in? That might be the first thing to do. Tell the hotel manager your concerns. Make sure and say you will be there for 2 months and if it cannot be sorted out to your satisfaction then you will ask your company to move you. Be prepared to move rooms. Make sure the manager knows you will move to a better room that has everything working.

I would try this before calling your manager in the home country. Try and fix the problem yourself this time. If it can't be fixed then call. If you are sent on another travel assignment after this one make sure and agree to the accommodation before accepting it.

Since you are not a manager the company may be reluctant to move you with the other managers. Having said that, if you cannot get your current situation sorted out, make sure and tell you home country manager where everyone else is staying. They may be getting a group rate that is not much more than where you are.
