I see a 7"-10" sleeve for $14.71 (20% off). Is this the one you're referring to? My only concern is pocket space. I'll have my iGo (the old, old model has a #5 tip that works great), WWAN card, and maybe the Cradlepoint router that ScottC is very high on. Wonder if it will all fit.
