QF26 flies LAX-AKL-MEL.

I like the upper deck as the upper deck feels v private and cozy. I prefer the aisle seat, but others like the window for the side storage bins. Row 16 would provide the most legroom but only QF WPs are able to pre-assign that row. Row 11 is also rather roomy and anyone can pre-assign those.

Personally I gun for 17J or 18B as it makes for easy access to the self serve bar and booze in the galley, and it's much easier to pop over to the galley from these seats for a chat with the crew which is much more interesting than drinking by myself in the dark on a night flight. I don't sleep well on planes, manage about 6 hours max - praise be to open bar.
