Nope, and status (CO or AGR) has nothing to do with it. You can only transfer multiples of 5000 miles. Transfers initiated during the week occur Sunday night/Monday morning.

I've done it 5 times (I think) this year, for a total of about 100,000 miles. No problems, except the last time I called CO on a Thursday I was told the "computers are down", so I called back on Friday.
