Not to hijack this thread, but I am facing a similar problem.

I sent in my BP and having been waiting since June for 2,000 TK miles to post. Yesterday's follow-up call was an exercise in futility---the CSA couldn't even understand what I was trying to say so I just thanked him and hung up.

If I have these 2,000 EQMs, I won't need to do a MR to reach 1P. Without them, I've got to get my butt in the seat.

Would a letter to MP help me out here? I have been trying to explain this to people since October, with only one person out of four calls getting it.
