In Sept my wife was schedule to fly on AA ORD GRR. Due to a mechanical delay she was put on UAL at the last minute instead.

She did not save her boarding pass and since it was a last minute issue with AA she did not have the UAL ticket number.

Now this flight credit is becoming impt for her UAL elite qualification.

Any chance that UAL will issue credit with just name, date, and flight number?

Suggestions appreciated.
