First Lunch Menu BA 283 LHR-LAX 1st Nov

Hi,

Below is the first lunch menu that we had on BA 283.
( also on 085,193,197,269,279,283,285,287,299)

Starters;

Chicken Liver Pate with plum compote and oven baked brioche croute
Wild mushroom risotto
Seasonal soup- please see insert
Autumn Salad- please see insert

Limited time offer- Liquid Gold- Olio Extra vergine di oliva

Main

Traditional chicken pie and roast new potatoes with thyme and lemon
Catch of the day- please see insert
Shaun Hill's braised lamb shank with a roast shallot and redcurrant jus, celeriac mash and buttered cabbage
Poached Salmon with salad a la grecque

Dessert
Warm blackberry and apple crumble with vanilla ice cream
Liam Tomlin's baked apple with candied autumn fruit, hazel,almond and pistachio nuts served with creme anglaise

Insert-Autumn specialities

Appetiser( ie soup)- White bean and oregano soup with crisp herb croutons

Salad-Fresh autumn salad with your choice of creamy grain mustard dressing or classic french vinaigrette

Main- Catch of the day ( two pieces of dover sole) with red pepper citrus coulis, roast parsnip and swede ,green beans and new potatoes

Dessert
Quince and Ginger fool in a tuille basket.

A selection of british cheeses
a basket of fresh fruit

Snacks
Warm bacon roll
Ravioli with four cheese filling served with cherry tomato or creamy pesto sauce
A selection of biscuits
A selection of cheese and fruit
