I searched archives, couldn;t find answer.

I have an H fare, refundable ticket for future travel date.

Want to refun, but when I view reservation online, I only get a 'cence;' option. When I attempt to do this, it is trying to give me a travel voucher (mailed to address) or credit via online reservation for future flight purchase.

I want neither - want to refund charged amount to credit card. Do I have to call to do this? This is annoying....
