Stick 'em into OK+.
US based because:
1) Taxes are actually taxes, not YQ;
2) Europe is Europe, and not separated in 3 zones like in OK+;
3) Chance of flying OK again in the nearest 18 months – near 0%, flying DL or CO –.50%.
