This is from the T&Cs on the latest "Fly 3, Fly Free. Fly 6, Fly First" promotion:

"Roundtrip travel is defined as two one-way trips that depart from and return to the same co-terminal booked in a single reservation under one qualifying ticket number."

Looks like you have to have the whole itinerary in one PNR.
