Booked a WT+ open-jaw MAN-LHR-YYC / YYZ-LHR-MAN, over the phone, with the long-hauls MFUed at the point of booking.

I was expecting to get 20 TPs for the MAN-LHR shuttles (and need the points!), but just noticed the first MAN-LHR has posted with 0 miles or points.

The flight is listed as: MANCHESTER - LONDON HEATHROW (C/H)

Assuming C/H is the fare-class, it all looks like it should have TPs and miles. Has the MFU has messed up something here, or am I actually not entitled to the miles and TPs here?
