I don't really get how you are using so many mileage upgrade awards if your EQM is not huge i.e. 650k EQM/5 years right? Domestic, CR1s plus e500 would mean using miles less of the time, no? Plus if you were on B fares it was only 15k miles a pop!!
Hi not too hard to work out. I did 77 round trips from ORD to LHR (608kBIS) in the past 5 years. If I upgraded all trips, which I didn't, using 60k per round trip I would have used 4.62 million miles. Even at B or above I would have used 2.3 million miles. I only started buying B fares for some trips this year and didn't upgrade all legs, add in a few SWU used, and a fair few other flights and you see how I can redeem all the miles I earn.
