On a (marginally) related point, when I was at a (non-Starwood) hotel in Cesky Krumlov, I had requested a king-size bed. We arrived--and the room instead had only two twin beds. I complained to the front desk that we hadn't received the bed type we booked. The front desk person came up, pushed together the twin beds, looked at me like I was a moron, and left. Okay, sorry for the diversion.
