Re-Confirmation emails now?
I receieved some "confirmations" today for reservations in Dec that I had booked a couple of months ago. I do not remember getting these in the past - but may have as I have been very busy. Also I note I got these reconfirmations for paid tickets, but not (as least yet) for Award tickets.
There were no changes (times, flight #, etc.) that I could see on these re-confirmations. I guess this is good, but as I keep the original in my SWA folder, not sure I need to keep the follow up emails.
They do put the pax name and confirmation #, but wish they would put the date (and departure city if space permits) in the Subject line also.
