There is a passage that states that effective Jan 1, your old unexpired 2003 Systemwides will allow the same Q, V, Ws as the new 2004s for Region 2 travel.

It's buried deep in there and easily skipped over, but it should be there. Just had an res agent find it and tell me it was indeed Kosher.

So...2 challenges:

1. Find a Res agent that knows it's okay and books you in.

2. Find a check-in agent that knows and doesn't try to reject your 2003 paper Systemwide.
