I tried to upgrade another int'l itinerary yesterday. First I called 1K Int’l and was told 2003 paper SWU had to be H+, even after she asked her SD. I then called Int’l Award desk, the CSR said the same thing. She then asked me for the Profile name: PMO/UG-SYSTEM. She pulled up the info and still insisted it had to be ticketed in H+. I said the rule had been changed since 1 Jan 2004. She kept on reading and finally found the change in the profile. So if anyone tells you H+, ask him/her to pull up the profile and scroll to the end to read the change.
