Because different people get different offers from TravelZoo, presumably based on some sort of profile.

It actually makes sense to tailor the offers to the recipients, rather than sending only the same 20 "top" deals to millions (?) of subscribers.

Also, you can go on the TZ website and search all the current deals, e.g. for NYC hotels. You would have found it that way.
