I did several voucher transactions last month in BOS, where they are known for being strict about every stupid little rule. Never once did they question the fact that someone's else name was on the voucher! I used Type B's that were issued in person A's name, then I booked the tickets in person B's name, and I am person C. So sort of a three-party transaction.

Yes, they yelled at me about combinability, but they didn't hesitate about the name.
