Question Suggestions for a way to get airlines to agree to refund unflown ticket taxes.
Hi all,

Does anybody have an idea, if i have a company/internet based one, that reclaims taxes on unused airline tickets on behalf of travellers, how can I as a company give the airlines travellerīs authorisation, which they are asking for?
