terminalc, I think your planned connection is doable but on the risky side. I'd be really worried about your arriving T3 via Cebu Pacific. Although they have improved on their on time performance, a chance of a 30minute delay is still common. You also have to be aware of the fact that T3 is about 15-20 minutes away from T1.

I would recommend you reconsider and take PAL instead (assuming they have flights where your coming from). They are a little bit more reliable, plus T2 is only 5 mins. (or less) away from T1.
